FirstCuteBaby branded merchandise are warrant against manufacturer's fault. Defective items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchased, but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase in Malaysia.
Merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy.
Incorrect Item Delivered
For any wrong item sent to you, we will provide the correct item and retrieve the incorrect item at our cost. A exchange can be provided or a refund may be processed based on customer preference.

Please note that FirstCuteBaby will only offer exchange for items of equal value or above. For all exchanges of higher value you will be required to pay the difference in amount. Please note we do not offer exchange on promotional items. We offer exchange providing the item(s) is in good condition and original state of packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
As part of our quality process, we check all goods in detail at point of shipping and ensure that all products are in good condition.
We will provide an exchange or credit voucher on any product purchased exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault, being unfit for the product intended purpose and significantly different from what was shown to you.
If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact the Online Customer Care team on +60127092595 or email email@example.com. If required, we will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment we will offer you a replacement or credit. If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you and require you to pay all reasonable shipping costs at our current standard fees; to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
